The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works during the last seven years. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 2,31,77,483.00 or two works, each of Rs 2,89,71,854.00 or one work of Rs. 4,63,54,966.00 in a single contract of similar nature of work, i.e., Rigid/Flexible pavement works. The substantial completion should be based on 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder needs to provide information on at least three works completed during this period, with details such as name of work, completion cost, current costing level, date of start, date of completion, and TDS amount. Additionally, the bidder should submit a certificate for 'substantial completion' of the project, containing two parts: Part-I with 'financial value of work done' and Part-II with 'certificate of functional completion of project'. The client certificate for experience should show the nature of work done, value of work, date of start, date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work. The minimum annual value of general construction work carried out in any of the years during the last five years should be at least 50% from Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) construction works. The minimum annual value of general construction works is calculated as (Estimated cost put to Tender / Completion Period) * 2, which is Rs. 23,17,74,828 (or 23.18 Cr.), and the minimum value of similar nature of works is (Estimated cost put to Tender / Completion Period) * 0.5 * 2, which is Rs. 11,58,87,414 (or 11.59 Cr.). The bidder should also have an Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 2,05,12,073.00 on construction works during the last three years, and at least 30% of the 1.18 times of the estimated cost (excluding GST) of the project.
