Fly ash brick massonry work in F&P using (230mm x 110mm x 80mm) with tolerance of +- 2% size Fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 mix (1 cement : 6 sands) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, laoding, and unloading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming

Fly ash brick massonry work in Superstructure using (230mm x 110mm x 80mm) with tolerance of +- 2% size Flyash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 mix (1 cement : 6 sands) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, laoding, and unloading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing lifting, hoisting and laying reinforced cement concrete (M20) to base of columns and footing, columns , beams, plinth band, lintels, chajja, shaft, fins, roof slabs, balconies, stair cases, parapets, window sills, lofts, railing, jally, copping or in places as shown in the drawing for ground floor with 20mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and vibro compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs,scaffolding, including, watering and curing the required period, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge, but excluding cost of materials and labour for reinforcement and shuttering, etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-500), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rods or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in Ground floor.

Cement washing two coats over the plastered surface as primer in ground floor

Providing and applying 2 coats weather coat paint of approved quality and shade (Asian/Nerolac/ICI), including preparation of surface sand papering the intermediate coats, providing necessary materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Ground floor)

Providing and applying 2 coats Distemper of approved quality and shade (Asian/Nerolac/ICI), including preparation of surface sand papering the intermediate coats, providing necessary materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge ( Ground floor)

Finishing walls with water proofing Cement paint of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including watering and curing complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work ,Labour welfare cess etc. complete as per the direction for the EIC.

4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm & down graded chips.

Plain Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 12 mm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying , required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) ( 1 cement :6 sand) to surface of masonry, racking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooths to proper plumbs and levels and providing grooves as shown in the drawing including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ground floor)

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) ( 1 cement :6 sand) to surface of masonry, racking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooths to proper plumbs and levels and providing grooves as shown in the drawing including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ground floor)

Dismantling & removing old plaster from the walll , stacking the useful material; for reuse and removing the debris within 50 M lead
