Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20 mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debrises from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge. Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-II material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make,design,colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect confirming to IRCSP63:2018 (as per SoR 2022, page : 233)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 1 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Rough Dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

Grassing with selection no.1 grass including watering and maintainance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth,if needed (the grass & good earth shall be paid separately)

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S.Steel of approved quality with provision of new M.S. Angle and flat as per requirement and fixing in proper position in C/C with to and pro transportation charge to febrication unit including cost of all materials and cost of all labour etc all complete.

Painting Two Coat with Synthetic enamel Paint on new wood work/steel work INCLUDING COST OF MATERIL &Labour

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Making tree guard 53 cm dia and 1.3 m high as per design from empty coal tar drums, supplied free by the department, including providing and fixing 2 nos M.S. sheet rings 50 x 0.5 mm fixed with rivets complete in all respects including painting inside and outside of tree guard with:Two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality shade over a priming coat
