Supply and laying or fixing or passing LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm 4 core including taking up/down old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed with nominal cross sectional area 6 sq. mm 2 core including taking up/down old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) all connections are uniformally dressed and connected/ jointing of cable with suitable size of lugs.

S&F in replacement LED aviation light luminaries comprising of alluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with 302 nos LED ,including cable of required size for connection after taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Philips/CG/Bajaj

Taking down luminaries of High Mast and servicing/greasing the motor, gear, Chain,all moving part etc and restoring the luminaries to top of the mast of pole,canopy fixing bracket including charges for machinery required for fixing at top position as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately

Repair/rewinding of three phase motor of capacity 1HP/1.5HP after taking down from existing location ,refixing the same after repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of chain with existing size after taking down from existing location complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant, corrosion resistant complete with driver, lamp,bracket of suitable size including nuts, bolts, washers etc including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant, corrosion resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket of suitable size including nuts, bolts, washers etc including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant, corrosion resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket of suitable size including nuts, bolts, washers etc including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs two core FRLSH PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 sq mm, 1100 volts grade ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/maint of winch and electric box of high mast all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of lifting wire rope, stainless steel of existing gauge up to 10 mm for high mast complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm as earth electrode, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/welding or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR Part I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified complete with excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 6mm thick CI /MS cover having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) with frame & locking arrangement, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked) for protection of earth lead conductor and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Earthing test report to submitted by contractor to this office (ii) Earthing test result should be not more than specific value.

S&F in repair 4 pole power contactor 40 Amps 415 volts, 3 phase AC-3 rating, ML2 type complete with 220-240 volts AC coil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair analog timer switch suitable for 40 Amps capacity at 415 volts AC 50 Hz supply including all necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting/Taking down UNSV Street / Perimeter / Security Roadway / fittings from pole/Structure and repair / checking and identifying of faulty spares wirings, cleaning of fittings, cover, etc. and re-assembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with the electrical line complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items here in after.)

(vii) Indicator set LED type RYB 01 set of 3 pcs (viii) Contactor 40A 3 module having operating coil voltage 415V with auto/manual switching :- 02Nos (ix) Digital Volt Meter (0-500 Volts) and Ampere Meter (0-100 Amps) With selector switch.
