M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM (1:4) as in half brick thick walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel sink with draining board, made out of 1.00mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915mmx460mm with bowl size 410mm x330mm x 160mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) 18mm thick (Table rubbled and polished ) in n steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded chrushed stone aggrgates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of old one, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and Form Work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not xceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 20mm bore pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick vaneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face on one side fixed with nails to timber frame work including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermidiate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and inculding ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermidiate channel with connecting clips across the intermidiate channel at 457mm centre to centre including 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cemet building boards fixed/laid to GI frame work and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and treating two coats of varnishing over one coat of wood filler liquid transeparent complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.
