Material and labour for Solution preparation tank fitted (plain bottom) with PVC agitator cap. 100 ltrs with lid, port hole, inlet / outlet / drain connection, level gauge etc and fitted with 900 RPM motor and PVC agitator with dozing pump Electromagnetic and Diaphragm Type with capacity of 05 ltrs / hrs @ 04 kg back pressure digital type, Lid shall have port hole for pouring chemicals and water when necessary and provision for mounting Decrine dosing pump on Lid/wall etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Necessary pvc pipe with fittings incl in the quoted rate with cutting/threading/welding the existing pipe lines for connection)

Supply and fix 100 mm dia DI non-return valve, flanged end in swing type design with EPDM door and with over 250 micron epoxy coating including all necessary items including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up unserviceable 100mm bore CI pipes from trenches/ floors of including necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit of size 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 0.9 m (internal dimension) one brick thick wall, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 internally & externally (15cm depth below GL) finished even & smooth without using extra cement and applying three coat of white wash, mild steel sheet cover made of mild steel sheet, 3 mm thick and 40 mmx 40 mm x 6mm thick mild steel angle iron frame including locking arrangement,handle etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including demolition of existing brick masonry for valve pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/laying CI/GI pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Specials for Spigot and socketed DI pipes as per IS 9523/2000, class K-12, PN-10, inside cement mortar lining with internal zinc mettalic coating and external black biuminous coating for replacing the damaged /unsv CI/GI fittings ,bends(any type any radius/angle) straight,bend,increasing or decreasing double sockets) Tee pieces single branch, cross(all sockets and spigot collars etc) for the 80 to 200 mm dia of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 100 mm dia DI. resilient (soft) seated gate valve with pocket less body, ss stem (AISI 410), epdm coated di wedge 100% vaccum tight design with toroidal sealing rings and over 250 micron epoxy coating in PN16 designed to BS:5163/IS:14846 non-rising/rising stem type with hand wheel operation with flanges if required and connnection with existing pipeline with flanges or thread work etc including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing hard standing/PCC/WBM road at a depth not less than 45cm and 25cm wide for passing of DI pipe returning filling in complete including finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate) upto 20cm depth,finishing to a uniform smooth surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Payment for PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, of hard/dense soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Carry out Labortary analysis water sample test of treated/untreated drinking water in respect of Bacteriological, Chemical (Lead etc) and Physical property and the report to be submitted to department same as received from labortary. Note:- The Labortary test shall be carried out to RRL Jorhat/ Govt testing lab in Kohima/ Nagaland/any Govt college of nagaland and or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Water sample to be collected in glass bottle duly sealed and stampted, bottle shall be provided by the contactor.complete all as specified and as directed.
