M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 2.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. (Note :For payment purposes, 2 runs of main cable (each of 1RM) 1 run of earth continuity cable (1RM) and one run of conduit (1RM) all together shall be considered as "1RM".

Make- L&T/HPL/BENLO/Secure or as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pvc 10 sqmm insulated industrial single core unsheathed industrial multistrand cables with FRL-SH properties, with flexible bright annealed bare copper conductor for voltage grade upto 1100 v conforming to is-694:2010 / is 17048 in surface drawn in and including flexible pipe with fixtures complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip, heavy duty, wire armoured electric LT power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm x 4 core in trenches /along poles/on wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed Notes : - (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Unless otherwise directed by the GE, the cable shall be procured by the contractor in single length (as manufactured) to meet the actual length of cable as required at site. However, for payment purpose, the length actually ordered & laid shall be measured and paid for.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade, 50mm bore for protection of cable under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor /wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks locally available best quality laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed

S & F Onload change over switch with SS Enclosure of capacity 63A, 415volts,4pole with necessary connections alongwith all required necessary accessories, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Phase Barriers and Handle with door interlock kit is integral part of the Changeover Switch. Make: Havells, Cat No IHCNFE0063 or equvalent Can No of make L&T/Legrand as approved by AGE(I).
