The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works refer to "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys". This experience can be met in one of the following ways: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works is adjusted to the current level by applying a simple rate of 7% per annum. The experience should be supported by certificates from the client's organization, and for private sector work, completion certificates are supported with the Letter of Award and TDS Certificates, with the work value considered equivalent to the amount received as per the TDS Certificates. The bidder needs to submit specific forms and certificates, including Details of Similar Work Experience Certificates, Details of Similar Works executed as part of JV/Consortium, Work Experience Certificates, and Proforma for Details of Client Organization in respect of Work Experience Certificates.
