The bidder should have prior work experience in a similar nature of work, which should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organisation. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works includes the value of materials and services supplied by the client free of cost or at a discounted price, which have not been already included in the 'value of works executed' reflected in the experience certificate or Letter of Award. The value will be considered equivalent to the amount received as per the TDS Certificates. The proportionate experience of the bidder in a joint venture/consortium will be considered, but only to the extent of their share in the joint venture/consortium. The bidder should have prior work experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years.
