The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works with any Govt agencies/PSU/municipal corporation/Local Govt bodies. The similar works should be construction of RCC framed structure Building works up to ground plus one or more stories complete with all related finishes and internal/external services. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. These works should have been completed or substantially completed (90% completed) in the last seven and current financial years. The bidder should submit a list of works completed/substantially completed, including details such as the name of the work, brief scope of work, and cost of completed work, along with a performance certificate from the client for these works.
