Supplying and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) 6A to 32 A Single pole .

Supplying and fixing of 10 Amps 2 way bakelite connector in the sutiable size MS box i/c interconnections of existing cables as per site requirement etc.,complete as required.

Attending minor repairs to existing AOL by interconnecting the existing broken cables, MCBs, testing etca., as required

SH-II: Equipment Earthing: General inspection of existing available Equipment Earthing System i/c visit of site with Earth Megger & required tools & hardware like spikes & suitable size 15 & 30 meters range wires etc. i/c Earth resistance measurements& minor maintenance of system with tightening of joints, replacement of warn out nut bolts, wires etc as required. Submission of test result i/c providing First inspection report duly singned by the Site incharge etc. as required.

SH-III PLATE EARTHING: Providing DC equipment earth with 4Nos GI plates by observing the following procedure. a) Digging of earth pit of size 6' x 6' x 10' deep and refilling the same after installing the earth plate system. b) Supplying and installing 4 Nos GI earth plates of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick. c) Drilling holes to the plates, making connections to all the four plates for extending earth using GI bolts and nuts, washers, spring washers, strip etc. d) Supplying and fixing of 50mm x 3mm thick GI strip for interconnecting all the four strips horizontally and diagonally to the plates including drilling holes etc. e) Supplying and filling the following artificial soil treatment materials in the earth pit. Charcoal - 500kgs, saw dust - 50kgs, salt - 20kgs, supplying and filling the balance pit with black cotton soil etc.,as required. f) Providing 1/2" dia Gl water pipe (B-class) of approximately length 10' with suitable GI sheet funnel and mesh with necessary threading etc. g) Providing necessary enclosure for earth pit with cast Iron cover plate having locking arrangement and white washing of the masonry enclosure (Approx. size of masonry enclosure is 30"x30") h) Initial watering of the earth pit, arranging manpower for testing the earth resistance of the earth and furnishing the test results, sign writing and clearing the debries from site, making good etc., as required. i) Earth Value Test report shall be submitted after completion of earth. j)This Quantity is tentative/ indicative and to be executed at site as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge based on the space availability and soil condition.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SH-IV CHEMICAL EARTHING: Supply and installation of Chemical Earthing with min 3 mtr depth augured / dug for an 100-150 mm dia and suitable earth electrode, back filled with non- bentonite chemical i.e earth enhancement material ( Min 30 kg) and construction of earth pit cover with heavy duty FRP material of suitable size complete with excavation, civil works, including Labor Charges for completing the process,Installation, commissioning & Testing of earthing pits etc.,as required. ( Make: Reputed make as decided by Engineer in Charge) Note: The Make and Model of the Chemical Earth shall be got approved by the Engineer in Charge ( In writing) with in 7 days after award of work. a) Earth Value Test report shall be submitted after completion of earth. b)This Quantity is tentative/ indicative and to be executed at site as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge based on the space availability and soil condition.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SH-V LIGHTNING ARRESTOR: Checking of existing whole Lightning Conductor system i/c checking of Earth Continuty, Strip continuty through out the tower, spike,measuring of earth resistance and providing test results signed by site incharge etc., as required

Providing Earthing with G.I. earth plate of 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. a) Earth Value Test report shall be submitted after completion of earth. b)This Quantity is tentative/ indicative and to be executed at site as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge based on the space availability and soil condition.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm G.I. strip along the tower/Wall with suitable insulators /clamps fixed at suitable interval etc.,as required.(For Vertical Run)

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial made of 25mm dia 900 mm long GI pipe ( B-class) having single prong at top of the tower with suitable size GI base plate including holes etc.complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 40 mm dia PVC pipe for LA strip etc., as requierd

Providing minor repair works for existing earth pit including making good of loose joints and connections ,cleaning the rust of the terminals with sand paper and providing missing nuts,bolts,spring washers,water funnel and adding salt water to improve earth resitance value and providing earth manhole cover made of heavy duty FRP material and sign writing and test report etc.,as required.
