The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have completed: - A single work of Rs 20.15 lakhs, or - Two similar works, each of Rs 14.10 lakhs, or - Three similar works, each of Rs 10.07 lakhs. The percentages of the estimated cost of work are: - Minimum 50% for a single work, - Minimum 35% for two similar works, - Minimum 25% for three similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 20.15 lakhs and completed similar works satisfactorily as a prime contractor, with a minimum value of: - A single work of Rs 2015 lakhs, which is 50% of the estimated cost of work (Rs 40300 lakhs) - Or two similar works, each of Rs 141.05 lakhs, which is 35% of the estimated cost of work - Or three similar works, each of Rs 100.75 lakhs, which is 25% of the estimated cost of work The bidder should have completed not less than 90% of the contract value of similar works during the last 5 years.
