Boring/drilling bore well of 300 mm dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 150 metre & upto 200 metre depth below ground level. (All types of soil)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, asper direction of Engineer -in-charge. Note :- Make: Supreme/Finolex and or equivelant make.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge. Note :- Make: Supreme/Finolex and or equivelant make.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 10 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The development shall be carried out in each water bearing zone and till the yield of the bore well improves at a fixed draw down of water. 2 The cost of arranging and transportation of compressor and allied equipment required for development shall be be included in the quoted and nothing extra from the Department shall be admissible on this account.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 200 mm dia.

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of 200 mm dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I).

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of 200 mm clamp size complete.

Supply & fixing of column pipe heavy duty 50 mm dia ISI Marked etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge. (Make :- Jindal / Tata steel Ltd / Kirloskar and or equivelant make).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10 HP Submersible pump set, electric driven 415Volts, Three Phase suitable for 200 mm dia bore well (casing pipe size 200/150 mm) supply and complete inclusive of 70 meter long submersible cable and starter etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge. (Make: Kirloslar and equivelant make).

Supply and fixing of Submersible cable weather proof of size 10 Sqmm three phase copper conductor including necessary connected items as per site requirement will be provided and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge Note:- Make: Havells/ Finolex and equivelant make.

Supply, installed, testing and commissioning of 10 HP Mono black centrifugal pump set 415V (Kirloskor) Model No KDS 822++ 3 Phase size 100 x 100 mm with suitable three phase starter for controlling of motor including foundations of pumpset and motor including PCC and requirement of angle iron fitted with nuts and bolts having size 1 mtr x 1mtrx 0.4 mtr and all other necessary items as required at site for smooth running of pump and motor complete etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge. Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Supplying and stacking at site 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (Size 8x8x0.075 =4.8 Cum for water tank & 2x2x.0.075=0.3 Cum for IRP) and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (Size 8x8=64 Sqm for water tank & 2x2=4 Sqm for IRP) and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and placing on (at all floor levels) of capacity 10000 ltr polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. Supply & installation, commissioning and testing of capacity 3000 Gallons per Hour (assuming iron contamination in said water approx 8.0 PPM with discharge of min 11000 LPH). Iron removal plant complete of MS material body of min size 2.6 mtr in height and 2.0 mtr and appropriate dimension for pressure tank etc, in diameter with pressure filter media, catalytic media, air compressor, back washing facility, fully automatic, suitable size and power of electric monoblock pump motor with complete electric panel and suitable starter & connections and water inlet/outlet connection pump to IRP and before completion to be submitted installation water testing report from government/ accredited laboratory and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.
