Supply ,installation , testing and commisioning LT 415 Volts, 4 wire AC 50 HZ HUTTED ROOF CUBICAL, 3.15 mm thik CRCA Sheet and angle iron frame of size 50cmx50cmx6mm , 50cm long Factory made outdoor (Kiosk) type feeder pillar box weather and vermin proof of size 1.3x1.2x 0.45m and outside with approved paint over a coat of primer having degree of protection as per IP-43 complete locking arrangement comprising of 50mm size Godrej Pad Lock with duplicate keys , two earth terminal suitable cable glands for all incoming and outgoing cables removable nuetral link, connecting strip/ solid conductot brought out to cable chamber brass / copper nut, bolts/ eashers etc including grouting of feeder piller box 60 cm above ground level by providing 90 cm long angle iron of size 50x50x6mm welded on all the four comer embeded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate up to 30 cm ncluding taking out unserviceable existing panel and Earthing of panel by using using 32x6mm Galvanised MS strip and MS galvanised plate of size 600x600x6mm thick as earth electrode complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge including the following accessories / components complete all as specified and directed. Incoming :- (a) 4 Nos Aluminium Bus bar high conductivity -600 Amps duly insulated with adhaine tape. (b) MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole 35 KA - 01 Nos. Supply, install,test and commissioning of LT out door type kiosk pedastal panel board of sige 60 cm x60 cm x30cm for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ system, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coated mounted on PCC platform, hinges with locking door arrangement,suitable cable enteries holes at bottom,and consisting of the following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amps capacity 4 Nos(TPN) mounted on supporters with shrouded by PVC insulated and arrangements for incoming / outgoing connections -01 set.
