Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Saint Elmo SEIS Franklin France. Piezoelectric Transducer based lightning conductor patent with French Atomic Energy Commission The Lightening protection should have radius of protection of 79 meters in Zone-l at 5mtr.height, The Lightening Arrestor Should have profiled .inalierable and good conductor structure to generate a forced air circulation at its tip and in prolonged (Venturi System) air —_imtakes and peripheral ejectors. The Piezoelectric should have mechanical stimulation system (Patent of CEA and Franklin France), no battery or electronics is to be used. Lightening Arrestor should be equally effective of both positive and negative lightening strikes. The necessary _ fixing bracing PCC/grouting above the building/installation with testing commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge The installation of the system shall be carried-out under the supervision of certified tained engineer from OEM (Franklin France) of complete all as specified anddirected , The certified Engineer has to produce the Certificate of Certified Engineer from Franklin Franceand having knowledge of International Standards.

Supply and Installation of surge arrestor SPDs should have Encapsulated Spark Gap along with series Varistor for L-N and Single High Capacity Spark Gap for N-PE along relevant Event Counter with separate Visual Indication LED Lamps for Operation and Disconnection. The entire LSP System should he mounted inside an FRP enclosure with atransparent window to see the visual indicator as well as the Surge Event Counter. The Type 1+2 SPD used should in the LSP system should have limp Value of 25 KA 10/350ps and In value of 30 KA 8/20 μs per phase, without any Line Following Currents and must have Visual Fault Indication as well as potential free contacts for Remote Fault Alarm systems. SPDs connected between each phase must be pluggable and should have NO LEAKAGE & NO LINE FOLLOW CURRENTS. The Neutral SPD should have limp Value of 100 KA 10/330ps and In value of 100 KA 8/20pus. The SPDs should have a Protection Level of 1.5 KV and should be base sockets with double screw terminals for making V-Connection as per TT configuration of wiring in accordance with EN 61643-11 Standards. The Temporary Overvoltage withstand capability between L-N should be 440 VAC for minimum 2 hours so as to handle the Indian power supply conditions.

Supply and Installation of surge arrestor TYPE 2 Surge Overvoltage Protection (SOP) System for Three Phase Sub-Distribution SPD Type 2 Surge Arresters should be used in the SOP System with Encapsulated Varistor for each Phase and a Single High Capacity Spark Gap for Neutral along with a relevant event counter. Theentire protection system should be mounted inside an FRP enclosure with a transparent window to see the visual indicator as well as the Surge Event Counter.
