Boring/drilling bore well of 300 mm dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 150 metre & upto 200 metre depth below ground level. (All types of soil)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 10 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 200 mm dia.

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of 200 mm dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I).

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of 200 mm clamp size complete.

Supply & fixing of column pipe heavy duty MS Pipe 50 mm dia ISI Marked etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10 HP Submersible pump set, electric driven 415Volts, Three Phase suitable for 200 mm dia bore well (casing pipe size 200/150 mm) supply and complete inclusive of 10 meter long submersible cable and starter etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge

Supply, installed, testing and commissioning of 10 HP Mono black centrifugal pump set 415V (Kirloskor) Model No KDS 822+ 3 Phase size 100 x 100 mm, including foundations of pumpset and motor including PCC and requirement of angle iron fitted with nuts and bolts having size 1 mtr x 1mtrx 0.4 mtr and all other necessary items as required at site for smooth running of pump and motor complete etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge. .

Supply, installed, testing and commissioning of 10 HP Mono black centrifugal pump set 415V (Kirloskor) Model No KDS 822+3 Phase size 100 x 100 mm, including foundations of pumpset and motor including PCC and requirement of angle iron fitted with nuts and bolts having size 1 mtr x 1mtrx 0.4 mtr and all other necessary items as required at site for smooth running of pump and motor complete etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge. .

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve 50 mm with CI wheel of approved quality etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of LT panel board outdoor type, fabricated out fo 3.15 mm thick MS sheet incl rain reviling system and painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer and with following accessories incl internal wiring by using suitable size of copper conductor :- (i) MCCB 100 Amp TPN ( incoming) :- 01 No (ii) MCCB 63 Amp TPN (Out going) :- 01 No (iii) Digital voltmeter 0 to 500 amp :- 01 Nos (iv) Digital voltmeter 0 to 500 V with selector switch l: 01 nos (v) Star delta starter suitable for 10 HP submersible pump :- 01 (vi) Single phase preventer :- 01 No (Testing will be done after completion) (vii) PCC foundation (size 2.0 x 3.0x 0.150 meter) 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20/40 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge. (viii) Over head roof & protection of CGI/ Corrigated sheet of appropriate size with slant and MS Sheet with mesh all around enclosure for protection from theft/ damage including lighting arrangement for illumination.

SURGE PROTECTION WORK

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Saint Elmo SEIS Franklin France. Piezoelectric Transducer based lightning conductor patent with French Atomic Energy Commission The Lightening protection should have radius of protection of 79 meters in Zone-l at 5mtr.height, The Lightening Arrestor Should have profiled .inalierable and good conductor structure to generate a forced air circulation at its tip and in prolonged (Venturi System) air —_imtakes and peripheral ejectors. The Piezoelectric should have mechanical stimulation system (Patent of CEA and Franklin France), no battery or electronics is to be used. Lightening Arrestor should be equally effective of both positive and negative lightening strikes. The necessary _ fixing bracing PCC/grouting above the building/installation with testing commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge The installation of the system shall be carried-out under the supervision of certified tained engineer from OEM (Franklin France) of complete all as specified anddirected , The certified Engineer has to produce the Certificate of Certified Engineer from Franklin Franceand having knowledge of International Standards.

Supply and Installation of gun metal elevation rod 2 mtrs long from Franklin France with necessary bracing clamps, drilling, | fixing and grouting arrangement etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and Laying underground LT cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor single core,70sqmm with necessary connection, laying, clipping on insulated pads, saddles all as specified.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 09 mir long with necessary earth work PCC including fixing of LA unit with bracing clamps etc. complete all as specified.

Supply & Installation of M&L for Gel compound earthing with earth enhancing compound with 25kgs including copper earth strip of size 25x3 mm with necessary clipping on insulated pads/saddles with earth pit to minimum resistance value complete all as specified.

Supply and Installation of surge arrestor SPDs should have Encapsulated Spark Gap along with series Varistor for L-N and Single High Capacity Spark Gap for N-PE along relevant Event Counter with separate Visual Indication LED Lamps for Operation and Disconnection. The entire LSP System should he mounted inside an FRP enclosure with atransparent window to see the visual indicator as well as the Surge Event Counter. The Type 1+2 SPD used should in the LSP system should have limp Value of 25 KA 10/350ps and In value of 30 KA 8/20 μs per phase, without any Line Following Currents and must have Visual Fault Indication as well as potential free contacts for Remote Fault Alarm systems. SPDs connected between each phase must be pluggable and should have NO LEAKAGE & NO LINE FOLLOW CURRENTS. The Neutral SPD should have limp Value of 100 KA 10/330ps and In value of 100 KA 8/20pus. The SPDs should have a Protection Level of 1.5 KV and should be base sockets with double screw terminals for making V-Connection as per TT configuration of wiring in accordance with EN 61643-11 Standards. The Temporary Overvoltage withstand capability between L-N should be 440 VAC for minimum 2 hours so as to handle the Indian power supply conditions.

Supply and Installation of surge arrestor TYPE 2 Surge Overvoltage Protection (SOP) System for Three Phase Sub-Distribution SPD Type 2 Surge Arresters should be used in the SOP System with Encapsulated Varistor for each Phase and a Single High Capacity Spark Gap for Neutral along with a relevant event counter. Theentire protection system should be mounted inside an FRP enclosure with a transparent window to see the visual indicator as well as the Surge Event Counter. The SPD should be suitable for Nominal discharge Current In of 20 kA, 8/20 μs and Maximum continuous operating voltage (UC) of 320AC V for each phase. The protection Level of the SOP System should be maximum 1.4 KV for each phase and neutral lines. Both the Type 1+2 SPD & Type 2 SPDs should be from same manufacturer.
