Providing and fixing to existing door frames 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places including all fitting ie steel Hinges, steel tower Bolts and Steel Handles etc complete.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing & fixing fly proof Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete with 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern 10 litre capacity - White with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Providing and fixing White solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe Semi rigid pipe 32 mm dia for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing 600x120x5 mm glass shelf with edges round off, supported on anodised aluminium angle frame with C.P. brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed with 40 mm long screws, rawl plugs etc., complete.

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions :60 cm length, 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long nose bib cock 15 mm nominal bore of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve 15mm nominal bore for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931
