Laying of one number XLPE armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required:

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs size for following size of XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre painted M.S cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5 %, in convenient sections,joined with connectors and fixed on 25mmx25mmx3 mm angle supports duly grouted on the terrace floor with PCC 1:2:4 foundation of size 0.1m x 0.1m x 0.1m for each support leg and at a span not more than 1 metre etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

OUTGOING 4 Pole, 63 amp, 25KA, 415 volts, 50Hz, AC, Moulded Case Circuit Breaker adjustable Thermal setting (01 Nos.). METERING Digital Voltmeter 0-500V, three phase with selector switch and protection MCB - 02 Set. Digital Ammeter 0-100 A, three phase with suitable CTs, selector switch and protection MCB - 02 No. LED TYPE INDICATION LAMPS (RYB) with protection MCB - 2 set (1 set = 03 Lamp).

Supplying and installing following size of hot dipped galvanised iron cable tray ( galvanisotion thickness not less then 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, bends, Tees etc. The cable tray shall be installed on roof with suitable cement concerete / fire brics padestel including bolts & nuts etc compelete as required

Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type totally enclosed free standing, dust free, damp and vermin proof and water proof double door outdoor LT Panel fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and including supply and fixing of the following items and interconnections, wiring with suitable sizes wires/ cables and including mounting legs, all civil works like excavation, cement concrete, ,brick work pedestal, plastering, refilling etc. and as per specification as required. INCOMER 01 Nos. 160A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=35 KA) . Incomer shall have one set of the following items: Digital Voltmeter suitable range for 3 phase, 4 wire operation with LED display and built-in selector switch. 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B. Digital Ammeter of suitable range (to measure 0-160A), for 3 phase 4 wire operation with LED display and selector switch and CT ratio programmable and auto ranging along with suitable range CTs. BUS BAR 1 Set of 200A TPN Busbars of aluminium alloy. OUTGOING 6 Nos. 40A FP MCCB (Ics=Icu=25 KA) with thermal magnetic release. 6 Nos. 20A DP MCB (10 KA).
