M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair surfaces of PCC block / brick masonry wall / concrete surfaces, etc. finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reed lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs wire netting of galvanized steel wire 0.71mm dia and 25mm mesh fixed with tinned tacks of wire complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other side of lathing finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6 on other side of lathing finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls / roof projections, including facia, cornices, etc. by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coats of waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq.mtr of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, asspecified and as directed. Steps: (a) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. (b) Apply the first coat prepared by nixer with help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with maximum pressure 3300 PSI (c) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfcaes.

Note: (i) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized apllicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e Paint,Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Accepting Officer. (ii) Cost of scaffolding upto 10mtr height deemed to be included in the rates. (iii) The work shall be executed by the authorized reps of the approved manufacturer. The contractor shall submit the " Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) with one of the approved manufacturer before executing the work at site. (iv) Cost of Masking of doors/windows during spray painting using polythene film deemed to be included in the rates. (v) Cost of cleaning and clearing site of paint,mats etc deemed to be included in the rates. (vi) Complete removal of existing surfaces if required to be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper including primer as per manufacturer guidelines using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length 300 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro gaurd technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper, should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface, co0mplete all as specified and as directed. (vii) Sanding should be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 RPM with internal dust extaraction system dor clean environment certifed by the manufacturer.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.90Litre (undiluted)/10Sqm diuted with water in ration 1:1 to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI , 608 hrs to be allowed to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized apllicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e Paint,Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Accepting Officer. (ii) Cost of scaffolding upto 10mtr height deemed to be included in the rates. (iii) The work shall be executed by the authorized reps of the approved manufacturer. The contractor shall submit the " Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) with one of the approved manufacturer before executing the work at site. (iv) 05 years gaurantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15 % amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for 05 years. (v) Complete removal of existing surfaces if required to be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50gm/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, anti algal properties in two coats @1.79litre (undiluted)/10sqm diluted with water applied over and including priming coat (included) with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of minimum 1litre / min having a pressure of 3300PSI and left to dry the surfaces during subsequent coats for 6 to 8hrs complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, asspecified and as directed. Notes : (a) Manufacturer shall be as approved by the GE (b) Complete removal of existing surface if required and done will be measured and paid separately (c) The work shall be executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer of which the repair materials are procured by the contractor (d) Cost of scaffolding, staging, etc. upto 10m hight of building / structures and covering / masking of window/doors with polythene sheets, etc. during spray applications shall be deemed to be included in the quuoted rate (e) The Contractor shall submit the ‘Memorandum of understanding’ (MoU) with one of the approved manufacturer immediately on placement of work order

M&L for preparation of masonry / concrete wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungus resistant, dirt resistant, exterior paint (of approved tint, company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43litre/10sqm over a priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90litre/10sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old treated / untreated masonry surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of approved shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43litre/10sqm over and including a priming coat of exterior primer applied @.90litre /10sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surface including scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots, etc. with steel wire, brooming down and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered wall surface including scrapping smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots, etc. with steel wire, brooming down and applying one coats of cement based paint using roller as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed
