The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years. The bidder should have executed a project for the supply and installation/commissioning of the same or similar category products during the preceding 3 financial years. The criteria for this experience are: - A single order of at least 35% of the estimated bid value, - Two orders of at least 20% each of the estimated bid value, or - Three orders of at least 15% each of the estimated bid value. The estimated bid value is 31700000. The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar category products for 80% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 6 Lakh for 3 years, and the OEM should have an average turnover of 1268 Lakh for the last 3 years. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates to support having supplied some quantity during each of the financial years.
