The required prior work experience for the bidder should be in the name of the bidder. The past experience of similar nature of work should be supported by completion certificate(s) and work order/Letter of Award (LOA) issued by the concerned organization. For specialized works except DG Sets, Substation, HVAC System, and Lifts, the experience of having successfully completed similar specialized works during the last 7 years should be either of the following: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. For DG Set, HVAC, and Sub Station works, the experience of having successfully completed similar specialized works during the last 7 years should be either of the following: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender with capacity of individual DG Set/Chiller/transformer being 80% of the individual capacity of the equipment proposed - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender with capacity of individual DG Set/Chiller/transformer being 80% of the individual capacity of the equipment proposed. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last three financial years should be at least 50% of the estimated price of the works. A "Similar Work" shall mean a Project comprising of "Construction of any multistoried RCC framed structure building including finishing works, internal water supply, sanitary installation, internal electrical installations work, firefighting works all executed under one composite agreement/ work order". The bidder should have prior work experience of successfully completing works during the seven years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender.
