The work is estimated to cost Rs.127.49 lacs (Rupees one crore twenty seven lakh forty nine thousand only) approximately or as subsequently amended in tender documents or uploaded in CPPP website https://eprocure.qov.in/eprocure/app. This estimate, however, is not a guarantee and Ls merely given as a rough indication of cost and if works cost more or less, the tenderer shall have no claim on that account of what so ever nature. The tender shall be based on specifications, General Conditions of Contract IAFW- 1815-Z for the supply of stores & rnaterials with schedule "A" (List of works) to be priced by the tenderers. 6. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by one contactor or contractors having business relationship. Under no circumstance will father and his son(s) or other close relations who have business relationship with one another (i.e when one or more partner(s)/director(s) are common) be allowed to tender for the same contract as separate competitors. A breach of this condition will render the tenders of both parities liable to rejection. 7.
