Providing and fixing Stay arrangement for 7M/8M steel pole (i/c Material supply) Galvanized steel stay wire of min. 8 mm dia. including accessories for fixing properly to the swag GI poles like GI buckle, anchor extension fastener etc., complete at work site all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i/c excavation, fixing of GI stay wire in the ground with Cement concrete (1:2:4) of size 300*300*450 mm with Two no. for each Tension/dead end/Terminating poles ADSS complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Erection of 7M/8M poles including excavation, fixing of muff, concreting, curing, backfilling, reinstatement compaction of earth, stay arrangement etc i/c sign writing (services ) i/c fixing of 7.00/8.00m high Galvanized suspension /Tension swag pole using RCC MUFF of 1500 mm long, 450mm (ID) and 520 mm (OD) (The MUFF is to be supplied as per IS 458:2003, Class: NP2) in excavated pits of diameter 520 mm , depth 1.20m and providing and fixing 6 mm dia GI wire for coil earthing from 1.50 m above GL up to the base of pole (30 cm below concrete pedestal) and coiling for the length of 1.50 m buried in soil including, making hole in pole, nut bolt arrangement etc complete , providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) inside the RCC MUFF 300mm above ground level. Cost includes of all operations involved fixing of Pole truly to vertical and excavation of earth work, providing & placing of MUFF and mounting the pole with cement concrete, refilling, consolidation and leveling etc. complete and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. this items includes the charges for Liasoning with the concerned authorities etc. The agency has to make arrangements for the A/T after completion of the work and submit the A/T certificate for payment of final bill.

Slinging/ laying of ADSS optical fiber (OFC) on poles including supply of accessories by clamping tension, suspension set and stringing OFC over the poles. Charges for transportation of departmental store materials like OFC cable, Jointing /termination box etc. from BSNL Store to the work site, including sorting, loading, transporting unloading, stacking at site without any damage of materials etc including all incidental charges, insurance including transporting of surplus/ balance material to nearby stores under the Division etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per following details. (OF Cable and Jointing/ termination box issued by Department ) This item includes the following operation/ fittings.

A) Supplying and fixing/ fabrication /assembling of ADSS O/H OF cable construction Accessories /fittings /Fixtures for Tension/ suspension swag poles (As per TEC/ GR-TEC/GR/TX/OAF-001/03/ MAR-17 (Type-II) with subsequent amendment if any). Splicing of all the fibers of OF cables laid at every joint within specified splicing loss range (-0.02 Db) and making termination at the ends. All materials and labour except joint closure to be supplied by bidder/vendor.) (a) 24F Optical Fiber splicing at customer end / splitter location
