Variable Refrigerant Volume / Flow

Supply of Modular type outdoor units, with all multi scroll DC Inverter compressors for heatimg & cooling applications. The unit runs with inverter compressor only. All inverter capacity controlling compressors shall be suitable for 415 +_ 10% volts, 50 Hz. The Compressor should be manufactured by the OEM of the equipment, special coated fins, panel, inverter based condenser fan M.S. hot dip galvanized stands/supports, electrical & microprocessor panel, isolating valves and all the necessary accessories for proper functioning of the units. All ODUs are havinf Hi-POR technology for Oil return mechanism to high pressure side and Active Refrigerant Contro; systems to increase efficiency and performance of the unit. The manufacturer must be OEM for this project and must have manufacturing and testing facility in India. Unit shall yield EER equal to or greater than 3.83 and COP equal to or greater than 3.83 at 100% load at AHRI condition (Ambient 35Deg DBT & Inside: 19Deg WBT). Condenser shall be capable to operate for outside ambient of 53 Deg C. All Outdoor unit must have factory fitted "Blacl/Blue Fin" heat exchanger in the unit in dual layered & double sided with a black/ blue coating to shield it from Salt, sand & other elements brought in by the air.
