Providing and wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory window and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required diameter & length. a. With Teak wood/ Sissu wood.

Providing, fitting and fixing fully teak wood panelled doors with teak and glass panels inserts of 100mm to 200mm width and 35mm thickness ,joined together with continuous tongue and groove joints glued together with approved adhesive leaving a vertical/Horizontal groove of 7.5mm to 15mm between the inserts properly into the groove styles and rails including providing four nos. of Brass butt hinges (150mm X 75mm X 3.55mm ),antique tower bolt(450 X 12)mm/(300X10)mm,Mortize antique door lock,Maharaja antique Brass door handle (300mmX 25mm) and furnishing with timber beading of size 15mm X 15mm around the glass panels complete as per approved drawing including Melamine polish complete as directed.

Providing ans fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with Zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia. x 50mm long with 6 mm dia. bolts, other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each havings lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia. x 230 mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl pulgs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws of size 3.5x25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish to tapered and square edges of the board recommended jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame pf perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with: c) Fully Perforated Gysum Plaster Board of size 1200x2400x12.5 mm having approx. 15% perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in charge and as per manufacturer's specification, with all 4 side tapered and backed by acoustical tissue with NRC-value not less than 0.60.

Supplying, fitting and fixing decorative POP cornish of size 10mm X 10mm at the corner point of wall and ceiling with proper cutting including necessary nails, screws etc. complete as directed.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions, etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc .C) With 1st Class Local wood (i) Pooma/ Hollock/ Gamari/ and the like

Providing,fitting and fixing in position 19mm thick water proof block board of approved brand to the partition wall on one face of the timber wall of local white pine wood of 75mm X 50mm spaced at not more than 0.60m apart, fixed with fevicol, glue etc., including necessary nails, wood screws, bolt etc. (wood work will be measured and paid separately)

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick coir veneer board, ISI marked IS:14842,plain lining with necessary screws,priming coat on unexposed surface etc., complete.

Providing,fitting and fixing wardrobe 60cm deep,consist of shelves,doors with 19mm thick water proof fly board (Century/Green ply,Blue fox or equivalent ) including long hinges,brass handle, tower bolts, drawer lock,pasting materials etc as per direction.

Providing and fixing cup board shutters wih 25 mm thick veneered particle board IS:3097 marked, exterior grade (Grade-I), of approved make, including teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x 12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a)With decorative veneering on one side and commercial veneering on other side

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard/ ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc.complete. a)Triple strip vertical type

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: a ) 125 mm

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS:6315, having brand logo embossed on the body/ plate with double spring mechanism and door weight up to 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with single plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Applying priming coat: a. With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approvedd brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)/ with ready mixed aluminium primer of approved brand and manufacture on resinous wood and plywood

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications, including scaffolding: a. Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture: a) New work

Supplying,fitting and fixing of AC with heating and cooling facility including supply of all necessarary accessories as required for installation of Air Conditioner (AC) c) 2 ton cassette AC (Hot and Cold)

Supplying,fitting and fixing of LED Panel Lighting surface or wall mounted with necessarary accessories. c) 2 X 2 ( 595 X 595X 70)mm recess mounting luminaire suitable for ceiling. ii) 34W
