M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc.10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M&L for providing Pre cast cement concrete solid building blocks or slab 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) as in walls with solid block (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finishes fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular vertical post including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion(any colour/tint) over a coat of primer including rubbing with emery paper to make the wall even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

S & F anodised aluminium frame, powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.75 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, lock, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing sheet glass ordinary quality 5.50m thick glazing in square/ rectangle not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel frame, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing sheet glass ordinary quality 6.30m thick glazing in square/ rectangle not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel frame, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Brass mortice lock, vertical type of size 100 mm, 4 levers complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors of frame size 105x 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete as specified and directed. Note : Filling of hollow portion of frames with PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for PCC type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for filling of hollow frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel door including projecting type hinges, steel handle, complete, with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded and covered with 1mm thick steel sheet on front portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing false ceiling of designer tiles ivory/white painted (High Pressure steam cured) of 4 mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595 X 595 mm and any of the design (cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of Main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15 X 32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x20x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc Main "T" runners to be suspended from trusses/ceiling using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instruction/literature, GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm C/C along main "T", bottom exposed width of 15 mm of all "T" sections of 4 mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5 mm width all complete at any heights complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
