Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 16 meter height in two section, top section of 150 mm dia made up of 3mm thick sheet and bottom section of 360mm dia made up of 4mm thick sheet designed to withstand wind speed upto 180kmph, with 2/3 wire rope system and its accessories. High mast should be suitable for fittings of 8 Nos. flood light of capacity 200W LED lights, Non flame proof motor,movable lantern carriage, double drum winch 6mm, 316 Grade SS hoisting ropes of 7/19 construction, trailing cable -1 per mast (5 core 2.5 sqmm), lightning finial, anchor plate & template foundation nut, bolts, etc. power supply up to the panel & providing power cable from high mast to panel, crane for installation of high mast, unloading of materials, shifting of material from store to site, accessories like plug and socket, GI nut, bolts with double washer, wiring cable for fixture, flexible conduit, copper lugs, pvc tape, cable tie, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Necessary RCC foundation & bolting required for installation high galvanized mast light shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
