Note:- Primer and emulsion application to be caned out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/ chajja/ building edges/ borders/ projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied)

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including one coat of alkali resistant primer over 1mm thick wall care putty including necessary preparation of wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Note: Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application).

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces on wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old treated surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Colour stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. .
