Construction of following Building as per the layout plan enclosed including supply, installation, testing, commissioning RCC foundation, Sub Structure, plinth, Plinth Protection, Pre-engineering Structural Steel, Roofing, super structure & other civil works, internal partitions, doors, windows, fitting & fixtures, painting, Artwork, Stainless steel railing, false ceiling, electrical works sanitary, plumbing, water supply and other facilities including Toilets as per the layout with all fitting and fixtures, wash basin, water closet, mirrors, urinals, WC, complete plumbing and sanitary work, flooring, wall tiling, false ceiling, painting etc. with structures complete and good for the habitat as per the design. & drawing approved by LPAI, Scope of work, indicative drawings and technical specification attached. Design and Construction of all other Components of ICP at Dawki, Meghalaya, India i. Pavements – 100mm Pre-cast C.C. block Pavements over Earth work/GSB/WMM - 26,000 sqm ii. Concrete road pavement over Earthwork/GSB/WMM- 8350 sqm iii. RCC Storm water drainage, open/covered drains : 1800m and channelized nalla 360 m iv. Water Supply & distribution System : 1270m approximately v. Sewerage collection, treatment and disposal system : 30 KLD STP vi. Transformer 500 KVA and DG set 200 KVA . vii. Area Lighting (Single arm pole, triple arm, high mast 30 m & 16m.) vii. Fire Fighting system ix. Miscellaneous equipment and systems a. Weigh bridges- 120 T (01 nos.) b. Surveillance system (CCTV) c. PA system d. Fire detection / fire alarm e. Telephone connectivity including EPABX f. LAN connectivity g. Slope retention works h. Water treatment plant x. Landscaping & Horticulture works xi Interior & Furniture works xii Signages x. Any other works required to be executed in respect of making the Integrated Check Post at Dawki, Meghalya functional

Note 1: All works to be carried out as per conceptual drawings/ design intent enclosed with tender documents with all materials, labour, T & P, machinery, equipment, consumables, deployment of suitable supervisory personnel, testing, etc. complete and completed based on approved architectural, structural drawings, specifications, design parameters and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from the concerned authorities. 2.
