Table Bed Side , The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg. The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg. The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg No FD/E6/MAP/15 (R). Hard rubber ring/PVC shoes fixed in legs. All wood wk shall be french polished.

Table dressing Ladies , The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. The sides, top, back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg. Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr in Charge/ GE. Rest all as per drg No FD/MAP-II/07. Knobs to be provided in base of table dressing. 4 mm TW edging on all exposed edges of PPB. All wood wk shall be french polished.

Chair Verandah , Overall size shall be 460mm wide, 600mm deep and 760mm high. Frame shall be 19/20mm dia (outer) MS conduit of wall thickness 1 point 6mm. White Nylon cane 4mm wide, 0 point 55mm thick shall be woven closely around the 19/20mm dia conduit in seat and back. Rest all other specification as shown on drg No FD 359. PVC toes shall be provided to bottom of legs. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of white enamel paint over a coat of primer after painting after on steel surface.

Chair School with Hand Board , Overall size shall be of 585 mmWx300 mm Dx738 mm H. 25mm dia 16 Gauge MS tube shall be provided for steel frame. One piece PVC Seat and Back shall be provided. All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg No FD/E6/MAP/05. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg. PVC edging around the hand board and rubber shoes in legs. All steel work shall be powder coated.

Charpoy folding IP with Hard Top , Overall size shall be 1980L x 900W x (400 + 150) H. Pipe for frame, legs & stiffeners shall be 25 mm dia (outer) with 1 point 6 mm wall thickness. 25 x 3mm F.I. stay (04 Nos), bent to shape to be provided. Gusset plates (02 Nos) size 120 x 120 x 3 mm MS plate to be fixed on each middle leg 12 mm thick commercial ply bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde to be provided on top in two pieces. Rest all as per drawing FD-388 (R) and as directed. Hard rubber/ PVC shoes to be provided on all six legs. All steel work to be powder coated.

Dressing Mirror , Mirror dressing (Gents) shall be manufactured to the shape, size and design as shown on drawings No FD/E 6/MAP/16 and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. All wood work shall be Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated 1st class hard wood (Teak wood). Plywood shall be exterior grade BWR type. Rest all as shown and specified on drg. Mirror & glass shelf shall be 5 mm thick flat glass. Mirror shall be electro copper plated mirror of polished sheet. Make Saint Gobtain/ Aashi/ Modi Guard. Glass shelf shall be supported on stainless steel glass holders. All wood work and veneered surfaces shall be French polish.
