Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required

Wiring for power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall/GI pipe for lighting conductor complete as required. (For horizontal run)

Pvdg and erection of medium class (duty) 80 mm GI pipe 9 mtr long i/c painting etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (I cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation etc as reqd.

SITC of outdoor double door distribution board having dust and vermin proof compartmentalized panel made out of CRCA sheet required hardware duly treated for degusting in 7 tank process with dephosphating and with powder coating on both side of panel in desired shade. The panel having PU/Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3 mm thickness. Separate detachable gland plate suitable MS base channel/angle iron, hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment /switchgear thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length/width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Supplying and laying of following size of 1.1 KV Grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable of grade 1.1 KV armoured XLPE power cable of 2X25 Sqmm aluminium i/c excavation and reffiling the trench but excluding sand cushioing and protective covering etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess i/c P/F 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amp modular socket out let and 15/16 amp modular switch, connection etc as reqd. (for power plug)

SITC of fresh air exhaust with louver shutter 250mm sweep in the existing opening including making the hole to suitable size of above exhuast fan and making good the damage and finishing etc as required. As req. ( Havells/Usha/crompton or equi.)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the size 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and laying of 1.1KV grade PVC sheathed power cable of grade 1.1KV armoured XLPE power cable of 2x10Sqmm Aluminum I/c excavation and refilling the trench ,but excluding sand cushioneing and protective covering etc as required.

Providing and laying of earth electrode with 6 SWG GI direct in 0.5 mtr below the ground level for the earth connection.
