SITC of cubical compartmentalized main control switchgear panel made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet of size not less than1200(w) x 1000 (h) x 450(d) MM suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phase 50 hz power supply complete with hinged doors, having locking arrangement, detachable gland plate of thickness 3mm at the bottom, earth bar/ stud, and Aluminum bus bar of suitable size having current capacity of 400A as per CPWD norms as required. All sheet metal parts separately chemically treated with 7 tank treatment process and the panel shall be finished with powder coating in Siemens Grey shade RAL 7032 and supplied with suitable pedestal of 50mm x 50 mm x 5 mm angle iron frame with 4 Nos 600mm long legs with suitable apron all around. The Feeder Pillar Shall be embedded in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation of required shape and size 30 cms below ground level including finishing etc as required as per direction of engg-in-charge. Panel should have provision for compartment for fixing following switchgear which catered in Item below(200 Amp MCCB-01 No,125 Amp MCCB-01 No, 80 Amp. MCCB-01 No,63 Amp MCCB-02 Nos and 32 DP MCB-03 Nos) (Make of panel - CPRI approved only) (Drawing will be approved from department before fabrication)
