Supplying and drawing of 6 sq.mm Flat three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial copper cable for Submersible Pump Motors, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 in the existing PVC conduit/ in bore well along the HDPE/ fixing on wall by suitable size of PVC saddles as required.

SITC of outdoor joint box having dust and weather /vermin proof compartmentalized, totally enclosed and multiple door type (For STarter control panel & 100 AMp MCCB) made out of 2 mm thick CRC sheet required hardware duly treated for degusting in 7 tank process with de-phosphate and with powder coating on both side of panel in desired shade. (Only outer area on all side shall be measured & panel to be fabricated from CPRI approved fabricator). Outdoor joint box having size 1000 x 900 x 450 mm depth along with TPN aluminium bus bar of 100 A capacity duly painted locking arrangement complete with 600mm long legs, 300mm in the ground. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported stand made by angle iron (50x50x6mm) size (0.6x2.0x0.6) Mtrs. i/c cable connection and etc as required as approved by Engg in-charge. The panel shall be mounted on suitable brick / cement concrete foundation 30 cms. Below ground level and 30 cms. Above ground including finishing and supplying and fixing following component/accessories & switch gears etc complete as required.

Supplying and Laying of aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC Innersheathed, armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5×35 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.(Make Havells/Polycab /Universal/CCI/ Plaza/RRKable)

Supplying and fixing of 40 mm dia uPVC column pipes (medium duty) in a existing borewell along with all necessary accessories etc as required as per site requirement.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
