Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.110 mm diameter

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) :Raised and cut pointing

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of:T’ or ‘L’ iron or pipe

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supplying and fixing turn buckles and straining bolts for barbed wire fencing.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinic+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying and fixing of galvanized punched tape concertina coil 1050 mm dia in single or two layers (top & bottom) as per drawings having galvanized spring steel core of wire 2.5mm dia of cold drawn steel punched tape of low carbon steel having series of sharp barbs uniformly kpunched along its length, 550 barbs on periphery per revolution crimped on steel spring core wire, galvanized clips GI steel wire handles hooked to coils for handling MS square bar spikes hooked to coil having pointed faces for anchorage and weight 15.20 Kg. per coil including spreading of each coil 10 mtr. length adequately ties to existing GI barbed wire fencing and fencing post with GI wire of not less than 16 gauge at every 1 mtr. spacing, tying of handles of succeeding coil with preceding coil with GI wire of not less than 16 gauge, properly anchoring of spikes at start and end of coil in existing hooks i/c keeping concerntina coil 75 mm above the top of cement concrete pavement using proper fixing arrangement as approved & directed by the Engineer-in-charge for bottom layer and applying anticorrosive bitumastic paint (IS-158) of approved brand and manufacture in black shade to give a smooth and even shade by dipping in paint twice over punched tape concertina coil complete as per drawing and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing G.I. barbed wire of size 2.50 x 2.00 mm TYPE A LOWA TYPE (weight to be not less than 108 gms per metre length) conforming to IS-278-1978, duly dipped in anticorrosive bitumastic paint (average thickness of paint 45 micron), fixing to the existing new M.S.angle iron posts place c/c in 7 horizontal row an streched with M.S Hooks/tightening bolts and fixing each row of barbed to intermediate angle iron posts between tightening bolts with split cotter pins of size 7x22(confirmed is:549 steel), including providing vertical strands of G.I barbed wire of same specification providing woven with horizontal rows of barbed wire @ 150 mm c/c spacing up to a height of seven rows wire above ground level, each vertical strands adequately tied at three staggered places with G.I not less than 16 gauge, including applying three coats of alkyd zinc phosphate primer/paint of approved and manufacture (first coat in red oxide colour, second coat in grey colour and top coat in bolt ) tightening bolts, hooks & cotter pins, nuts, washers & bolts, which will confirm the relevent isi marked should matched the existing fitting already at site of work and to be be changed now all complete as per of Engineer-in-charge and matching to existing specification (Single length of barbed wire to be measured for payment).
