Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 Kwp off-Grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended ,consisting of Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, necessary protections, earthing , Floor mounted on GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:- (a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 330Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730 Part-2 Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.(b) Solar Inverter suitable for 1 KWp solar panel inbuilt with PWM/MPPT solar charge controller , pure sine wave output, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97% , total harmonic distortion less than 3% (c) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing AC/DC cable along with glands, lugs,MC4 Connector and other accessories etc. as required. (d) Lightning and surge voltage protection. (e) Supplying and installation of 2 nos 150 Ah solar Batteries with five year warranty. f) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE/PVC insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armored power and control cables between solar modules, Solar Inverter along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required. g) Supplying and fixing 2 nos connected switch and socket board including connection with 1.5 sq mm copper wire in complete as required. Cost for 01 kWp off grid solar PV system i/c providing, installation, testing, commissioning, transportation, incurrence, warranty/ guarantee, monitoring and maintenance for 5 (Five) years and applicable taxes for 01 kWp standalone solar power plants, panel with 6 Hrs. battery backup as per the MNRE specification complete as required.
