Supplying and Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 2 X 16 sq mm direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizental formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering (Make : Polycab / Havells / R R Cable or equivalent make)

Supplying and Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 2 x 16 sqmm on wall surface as required. (Clamped with 1 mm thik saddle). (Make : Polycab/Havells/R R Cable or equivalent make)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground/wall complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and re-filling etc as required

Fabricating and supplying 3.00 mtr long street light pole made out of 65 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe having 300mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick MS base plate duly welded to the bottom and with holes for grouting and provision for entry of cable protection pipe, earth stud on the pole, along with bracket made of 32 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe of length 750 mm smoothly bend to 120o deflection & with a tapering collar of suitable dimension to fit and match the pole with fixing screws, duly painted with a one coat of zinc chromate primer and two or more coats of approved paint complete as required.

Erection of 3.00m long street light pole on cement concrete foundation of 400 mm dia and 600mm depth (200 mm above ground level) i/c grouting 4 nos 20mm dia 200 mm long foundation bolts & nuts, The foundation shall be of 1:3:6 CC (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregrate-40mm nominal) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and embedding 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Supplying and fixing glass reinforced SMC (sheet moulding compound) looping box of sizes 140 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm deep side hinged door on the existing street light pole with suitable clamp etc, alongwith supplying and fixing 1 no. 6 Way SMC connector, 1 no. 6 A SP MCB mounted on DIN rail, clamps, connections etc. as required. SITC of LED street light luminare with die cast aluminium housing and toughened glasscover of IP65 protection (minimum), with 24/25 watts LED light fittings, complete with all accessories and drivers & heatsink etc., on brackets on existing street light poles, i/c wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable from Looping box to fitting, connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
