Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a) Door chowkhats .

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : a) 3 mm thick

Providing & placing R.C.C.1:1.5:3 cover for manholes/gully chamber etc.complete, RCC covers shall have 75mm.thickness, reinforcement should be with 8mm dia.tor steel at 125mm c/cin both direction making the holes in cover to collect surface water & the exposed surfaces should have the smooth finishing and neat cement punning.Cost includes material and labour as above and neccesary centering etc. complete.

Providing and applying heavy duty reinforced acrylic waterproof coating for terrace NEWCOAT of Dr. Fixit(604) or equivalent ,composed of specially developed highly elastic and resilient acrylic polymers etc. and applied over surface( as per manufacturers specifications Dr Fixit 603 & 604 )in three coats @ 2 Sqm/Litre including a priming coat of Primeseal(603) @ 7 Sqm/Litre etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Sealing of joints in the outlet area of nahani/ floor traps, Indian WC pans without dismantling by treating the joints manualy from inlet area, with cenent paste of M-seal required including curing etc complete as directed by EIC.

Sealing the holes in flooring at the bottom of toilet door frames (wooden) in toilets by removing damaged/ decayed portion of wooden frame up to bottom, washing hole to remove all loose material and filling the hole with CM 1:1 mixed with Dr Fixit waterproofing compound, finishing etc complete as directed by EIC.

Removing debries, malba, kutchra etc from enclosed toilet duct area (adjacent to Pension Section toilet at GF) including chambers area and connected area inside building by excavation/ scrapping of material, rumoving vegetation fro floor/ wall/ ground, manual carriage of material upto vehical and disposal to the authorised dumping ground etc complete as directed by EIC. (Chamber and sewer line cleaning to be paid for seperatly)

Repairs to existing false ceiling in Pension Section at GF of CTO building by providing and fixing plaster of paris moulding to match with existing moulding and replacing damaged false ceiling tiles including all labour, material etc complete as directed by EIC.

P/F single scaffolding system on the exterior side up to 16 m height made with atleast 100 mm dia Bamboo ballies and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding frame work shall be stiffened with bracings, runners of 75 mm bamboo and jointing with coir strings, nails etc. connecting with the building etc wherever required making good the walls locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge. (Note: The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose and payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding for repair works)

Replacing old/ rusted GI water supply pipeline by providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of SDR 11 (Class 1) confirming to IS: 15778, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all plain/reducing fittings with plastic or brass threadings except union and ball valves including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. a) Interanl - Exposed on walls or Ground - 40 mm nominal dia Pipes
