Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loopearthing as required.

Supplying, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Providing And Laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand 8: grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, park, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required srength, thickness & size/shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compcted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand ctting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Change. 80 mm thick CC paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Providing and laying APP (AtacticPolypropylene Polymer) modifiedprefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, blackfinished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of acoat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm bythe same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer ofmembrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all jointsetc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical andchemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Jointstrength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM,D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through theauthorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane with 3 mm thick.
