OPERATION OF 11 KV SWITCHYARD LINE NETWORK Maintenance and operation of 11 KV substation, switch gears(VCBs), HT 11 KV control panels with tripping mechanism/ back up protection system in round the clock in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) per day by employing qualified or experienced 01 electrician in each shift including comprehensive maintenance of all HT/LT electrical equipment installed and HT/LT distribution network in Dwarka SF qtr AR society area by maintaining attendance register of staff employed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Contractor shall quote his rates for maintenance and operations of sub stations and all other HT eqpt installed at 11/0.433 KV sub stations and electrical distribution network incl labour charges for replacement of spares under comprehensive maintenance. (b) The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured under schedule 'A' part-II (c) Details of switch gears are as under :- (i) Substation 11/0.433 KV with power distribution transformer 750 KVA = 01 Nos (ii) Transformer 250 KVA = 01 No (iii) Generator set panel boards upto 250 KVA = 01 No (iv) Generator set panel boards upto 125 KVA = 01 No (v) Submersible pump 7.5 HP = 01 No (vi) Submersible pump 5 HP = 02 Nos (vii) Monoblock pump 5 HP = 04 Nos (viii) LT Panels board, 200 KVA sutomatic capacitor panel (d) HT breaker (e) HT structure 2 pole/04 pole etc = 02 Nos (A) Electrician Note (aa) Contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed(ab) Contractor shall produce character certificate (issued by Police station), 10th pass certificate ,Diploma certificate & experience certificate (minimum 02 years), of the staff employed

Maintenance & Operation of water supply installation including pumping and water distribution network, routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints received of entire SF accn in two shifts (each shift of 8 hours) per day by employing qualified or experienced 01 plumber in each shift in all as per directed by Engr-In-Charge Note (aa) Contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed(ab) Contractor shall produce character certificate (issued by Police station), 10th pass certificate ,diploma certificate & experience certificate (minimum 02 years) of the staff employed
