M&L for fabrication of outdoor type electrical panel board 415 volt ,3 phase, 4 wire system ,cubical, dust and vermin proof with base frame made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 MM thick of size 1150X1250X450MM with front opening of aluminium bus bar suitable for 400 amperes capacity and half for neutral on PVC/FRP insulated pads and panel board duly painted with two coat of metal powder coated paint of good approved quality including digital metering , volt meter selector switches, power indicator RYB LED lamps and Current Transformer of suitable ratio with consisting the following electrical fitment and making space and mounting arrangement for incoming/outgoing switch gears including necessary fixing/grouting arrangement on existing floor and trench and connecting all the disconnected underground power cables including lugging and ,crimping and cable glands where ever requires with testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge :-embeded in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggragate of foundation as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed comprising of the following controls. i) MCCB 400 Amps 4Pole 50KA-01 No. ii) MCCB 250 Amps 4Pole 36KA -01No. iii) MCCB 100 Amps 4Pole 35KA -06Nos. iv) Volt Meter (o to 500Volt)-08Nos. v) Amper Meter (0 to 600Amps)-08Nos. vi) CT 250/5A, Tape wounded, Cl-1 -03Nos. vii) Selector Switch -16Nos. viii) Indicator Lamp (set of Three) -03Nos (Note- CPRI approved).
