M&L for applying two coats of amine cured epoxy coating for steel reinforcement having Mixed density of 2.01-2.05, Adhesive bond strength - 1N/mm², touch drying time of 10-15 minutes at 35 Degree Cand recoatable time 30 minutes. Coating to be applied in two coats @ 1-2mm thickness in two coats, coverage @ 2 Kg/sqm for 1 mm thickness, after proper surface preparation, cleaning & removing rust completely etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for providing and applying a layer of high solids resin based pigmented concrete compound (application 4.00 to 5.00Sqm/lit). It forms a continuous membrane that controls hydration for strong and durable concrete .It should have specific gravity of 1.02. It can be applied by brush or can be sprayed, If sprayed the nozzle of the spray should be held approximately 450mm from the concrete surface and should be passed back and forth to ensure complete and even coverage. The pump pressure should be maintained at a level to produce a fine spray ensuring complete coverage of the surface, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Time of expansion to start after 20min of mixing and finish in 120 min of mixing. M&L for applying 25 mm mm screed with one component fibre reinforced PMM with water producing thixotropic consistency using heavy-duty slow speed drill or with spiral mixing paddle or a Pan type mixer where ambient temperature if 30°C or more use of chilled water for conditioning the bagged product in an air-conditioned store prior to use. Mixing temperature shall be between 5 and 40°C. Mixed material shall achieve compressive strength of 15 MPa in 1 day & 45 MPa in 28 days and a flexural strength of 7 MPa @ 7 days.cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose. It shall compensate both plastic and hardened shrinkage and have minimum direct adhesive bond strength of greater than 2 MPa. M&L for applying two coats of water based copolymer emulsion, formulated to achieve specific performance characteristics. It should have Excellent adhesion to concrete & cementious surfaces, Excellent water retention after film formation, Excellent penetration into the substrate there by providing the best adhesion. Substrate should have sufficient strength to receive the top coating. M&L for protecting and plastering of waterproofed surface Using cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar.The product needing only addition of water at site which can be applied by trowel.cement, sand can be used for finishing purpose. It is reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking. It is recommended for repair situations requiring application of mortar up to 10 mm thickness in one layer.The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 11 MPa in 1 day & 30 MPa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 MPa @ 7 days. M&L for applying two coat of two component amine cured solvent free apoxy resin based epoxy mastic coating (application 2.00 to 2.50 Sqm/lit) using Light brush blasting using nonmetallic abrasive leaving a clean, rough and even pattern.it should be based on a 100% epoxy formulation and contains no solvents or water diluents. Apply two coats with brush or squeeze to the existing surface, working well into the substrate.it should achieve Compressive Strength of 70 MPa after 14 days, having pot life, minutes at 27⁰C, 100 g 40 mass, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The coating to be applied on surface shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for surface , based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 220 %. The tensile strength is 0.7 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 80, with an adhesion strength of 3.4 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant, and has a water vapor permeability of 40 gm/m²/day and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats of by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours.Allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days , complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for treating the existing pipe penetrations using non-shrink, free flowing, cementitious grout. The compressive strength of the grout must exceed 50 N/mm2 at 7 days and 60 N/mm2 at 28 days. The flexural strength of grout must exceed 9 N/mm 2 @ 28 days. Fresh wet density of the mixed grout must exceed 2150 Kg /m3. Further flashing the area using solvent based UV resistant polyurethane based water proofing material having minimum tensile strength on 4 N/mm2 and minimum elongation of 800%, complete all as specified and directed.
