Reinforced cement concrete work in suspended floors, roof, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, upto floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1cem : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and re-inforcement.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Grade 1 Type II in and partition frames with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as par architectural drawing ang directions of engineer-in-charge.

White glazed tiles 10 mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado on 10 mm thick plaster 1:3 (1 cem : 3coarse sand) and joined with white cement slurry.

Painting (two or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality on new work except walls to give an even shade.

Painting (one or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality of black or chocolate colour on old work to give an even shade.
