Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 5.2.1 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate cum 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (5.9.5 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having stope upto 159 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3 (1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supplying and filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including, cum 762.15 watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Brick work with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks in foundation and plinth in:6.1.1Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in: 6.9.2Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting. hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete.10.16.3 Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required with: 12.46.2 Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories , Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or C.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.l. plain and bitumen washers complete: Ridges Plain (500-600mm) 12.47.1.2 Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick.

Panelling tor panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick: 9.6.1 Local best quality Teak wood.

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with steel screws etc. complete : 9.41.1) 125x64x1.9 mm.

Marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete. 9.39.1) 125mm.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete 9.37.1) 250x10mm.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with screws etc. complete 9.36.1) 300x16 mm.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. 13.43.1 Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade.13.32.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheet and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both sided inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm diax50mm long with 6mm dia bolts,other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x25x0.55mm of required length with nuts and bolts of required size and the other end of the angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.l. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to Gil. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm diax230mm long C.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long drive-all screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compund in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board,all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed. all complete as per drawings, and specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with •12.41.2 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum fire resistant board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (I cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.11.2.1 : 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laidon 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (I cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
