Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastener of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately :Local best quality Tolhao wood.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.30 mm thick shutters.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete 150x10 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete 100 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coat.

Applying priming coat:- With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead: Of sectional area below 40 square centimetres.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet.

Providing and fixing 20mm plank as eave board with Tolhao/Uchan wood.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado (upto 2 m height) over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheet and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both sided inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm diax50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x25x0.55mm of required length with nuts and bolts of required size and the other end of the angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm diax230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long drive-all screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall: 12.41.1) 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
