Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having stope upto 159 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3 (1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.1Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in: 6.9.2 Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Extra for half brick masonry in superstructure, above floor V level for every four floors or part thereof by mechanical means by lifting material using mobile crane.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting. hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted including special shaped washers etc. comploto.10.16.3 Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including watering ramming , consolidation and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling itself tapping screws to size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required with: 12.46.2 Pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick.

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories, Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self-drilling/ self-tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or C.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.l. plain and bitumen washers complete 12.47.1.2 Pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.40 mm thick.

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheet and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both sided inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm diax50mm long with 6mm dia bolts,other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x25xO.55mm of required length with nuts and bolts of required size and the other end of the angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.l. channels 45x15xO.9mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to Gil. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm diax230mm long C.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/pattition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long drive-all screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed. all complete as per drawings, and specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with •12.41.1 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames. Wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastener of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately 9.1.3) Local best quality Tolhao wood.

Providing & fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling tor panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick: 9.6.1 Local best quality Teak wood.

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with steel screws etc. complete : 9.41.1) 125x64x1.9 mm

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand sqm37.82 and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (I cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.11.2.140mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying rectified glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 to approved make in all colours , shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown laid on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar Cement: 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in alt colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (I cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and sqm 52.79 manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade
