M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (Nominal mix) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- using dimapur sand)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- using dimapur sand)

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, facing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height , coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Using Dimapur Sand)

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, molds mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) Using Dimapur sand.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring surface type with two single core 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable in and including suitable size PVC casing capping with all fittings and fixing accessories and suitable size PVC box for mounting switches, regulator etc including multi-strand PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm and connecting to light fitting/fans etc complete all as specified and directed for following :- (Colour code to be followed) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

M&L in repair for submain wiring using four single core 6.0 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and inclduing PVC casing capping/PVC conduit or in existing concealed conduit of suitable size with all fittings like bends, tee, etc and fixing accessories on roof , walls, ceiling etc including 6.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathered one core multistranded copper condutor earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three run of single core cable and one run earth wire will be measured as one length

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with earthing testing point including providing suitable testing points as directed including funnel, watering pipe of 20mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab set in CM (1:4) re-enforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work in hard/dense soil as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earth strip beyond 7.5 m length will be measured & paid separately)
