Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50.00 metre and depositing/spreading where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone as in PCC foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for copping the poles of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified, type 410 SP-55 (Over all length 11 metres long) conforming to IS-2713. Pole shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer throughout internally and externally up to 1.9 mtr length from bottom and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering the pole with white paint alfa numeric letters on black patch including dismantling old u/s Steel poles/struts of any size incl breaking up PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be mersured and paid separatly)

Materials and labour for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor, as in HT overhead electric line and streching the same between two poles for required span with standared guage & size of ACSR and binding the conductore with Pin/shakle / any type of insulator and jumper with alunimium binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia including dismantling of exsiting unserviceable/any size ACSR or AAC conductors (of any size), jumper from overhead line removing unservisable material from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cross arms bracing, support, clamps and back plate fabrication from structural steel section including nuts., bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engr-in-Charge and incl two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including dismantling of corroded/ rusted/ defective cross-arms of MS. Channel or angle of any sections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repais of Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repairs of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Single disc assembly incl nuts and bolts of working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repais of loop type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green large size with overall dimentions 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing stay assembly using 20 mm diameter of stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR part -I including dismantling of old unserviceable damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC all as specified and directed. (Note: loop type insulator, stay strand with stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately)

Materials and labour for galvanized stay strand of size 7/3.15mm incl securing with HT pole clamp and stay clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Trimming/ cutting of the tree branches / bushes which falls within a clear distance of 3 meter from all sides from the HT over head conductor and within line of conductors and removing waste to near by waste depot and cleaning area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair HT lightening arrestor as in repair, expulsion type with all fittings, transmmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps suitable for 11 KV and conforming to IS 3070 Part III and IEC 1994 complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, with FRLS PVC outer sheathed, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands and including suitable size of aluminium lugs including taking down unserviceable /damaged XLPE HT cable of any size and any type from trenches /poles/wall etc after necessary electrical disconnection complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, Precast cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade,with FRLS PVC outer sheathed, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands and including suitable size of aluminium lugs including taking down unserviceable /damaged XLPE HT cable of any size and any type from trenches /poles/wall etc after necessary electrical disconnection complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, Precast cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and Laying of 80mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fitting for passing of cable under road, on wall or on pole with and incl clams, nuts, bolts etc incl taking down old unserviceable GI tubing of any size incl cutting, chases to wall/ floor and making good surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materials and labour for detecting the pin point cable fault of HT/LT cable with the help of fault locator machine wherever is required and disconnecting of jointing kit/cutting of damaged cable of any size from existig cable in the ground complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Any transport required is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Necessary excavation, returning filling and removal of excavated soil etc shall be deemed to be included with unit quoted rate. (iii) Required Jointing kit shall be measured and paid saperately. (iv) Required HT/LT cable shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply and fixing end termination joint kit for HT cable, heat shrinkable, indoor type with jointing material & accessories suitable for voltage 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing end termination joint kit for HT cable, heat shrinkable, outdoor type with jointing material & accessories suitable for voltage 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joints heat shrinkable type including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured alumminium cable conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing expulsion fuse single pole suitable for working voltage 11000 volts of rating 25-50 Amps including taking down old unserviceable expulsion fuse and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break switch (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level consisting of operating rod of GI pipe 25mm bore heavy grade of suitable length complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, with 9 insulators of rating upto 400 Amps with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including dismantling old unserviceable Air Break Switch of any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cutting the existing hard standing/PCC/WBM road at depth not less than 60cm and 20cm wide for passing of cable through GI pipe, returning filling in complete including finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate) upto 20cm depth,finishing to a uniform smooth surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note - GI pipes shall be measured and paid seprately.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced to earthing lead of 32mm x 6mm galvanised iron strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking out unserviceable earthing plate and accessories all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
