c) Excavation, Concrete foundation RCC M25 with M25 x 700mm Hex bolt embedded in it for fixing of 7.5 Meter height Octagonal GI pole (450mm x 450mm x 1500mm depth) refilling of earth, completed in a neat and satisfactory manner and neatly aligned, considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site (cost includes supply and erection) The base plate of Octagonal GI pole will be 200mm above ground level / the top mounting height of RCC foundation will be 200mm above ground level or as per the engineer in charge.

1.2 ) Supply & Installation of street light SMC box properly .SMC Box (Sintex make model no - GSJB -3020)with C-Channel & terminal connector (connect well make )of 4.0sq.mm -4 nos with terminal connector with 5A MCB - 2 nos .

1.3 : 1) Supplying and laying heavy duty XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 kV grade aluminum/ copper conductor armored cable of the following sizes including fastening with nylon ties (internal), or galvanized MS saddles (external) as required. Cable to be drawn through existing trenches or laid on existing cable trays/ ladders.

a) 3C X 2.5 sq.mm XLPE copper Armored Cable

b) 4C X 25 sq.mm XLPE Aluminum armored Cable

c) 3C X 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper Un Armored Cable (FR)

2 ) Making cable terminations with all materials required including single compression brass glands, thimbles of suitable material as per conductor, zinc passivated nuts, bolts and washers, PVC tape, crimping lugs etc. complete as required for the following sizes:

i) 3C X 2.5 sq.mm XLPE copper Armoured Cable (FR)

j) 4C X 25 sq.mm XLPE Aluminium armoured -Cable termination

k) 3C X 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper Un Armoured Cable (FR)

External Feeder Pillar /Lighting panel FP-1

Designing, fabricating, transporting, unloading, storing, fixing in position, testing and commissioning the following sheet steel cubicle type panels fabricated from 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof, outdoor type TPN Panels with hinged lockable doors fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet, suitable for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz AC supply with rear access for cable alley and with segregated bus-bar chamber with tinned copper bus bar and including supplying and fixing following switchgears, meters and accessories, inter-connections, bonding to earth, powder coated painting and marking as specified.

1.1) Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning outdoor duty floor mounted weather proof IP54 feeder pillar fabricated as detailed in description given in 1.4.1 above but with double door (lockable outer door), sloping roof, water run-off gutter on three sides as per approved drawing, entire unit mounted on 50mm x 50mm x 5mm angle iron with minimum 750mm long "legs" with Resign Paint on all MS Fabrication) Supply & Installation of Street Lighting Distribution Board (Lighting Feeder Pillar Panel) with following materials in each, with the following.

a) 1 No. 200 A 4 pole MCCB (35 KA) (incomer) (with spider links & extendible rotary handle)

b) 1 set of three phase indicating lamps with suitable protection on both incomers

c) 1no 96x96 mm digital multi - parameter meter for measurement of current, voltage, frequency, power factor, active & reactive power and energy and with RS 485 port with suitably rated CTs and MCB protection.

d) 1 No. 125 A 4 pole RCCB (300mA sensitivity) Earth Leakage Protection Device

e) Busbar: Equally sized three phase and neutral Copper conductors busbar suitably sized to carry 200A current and suitably insulated with colour coded Heat Shrink Sleeve.

f) 125 A 4P Contactor operated by chronological timer & Light Sensor 1Nos.

g) B16 A SP MCB 10 KA as outgoing 24 Nos.,

h) 100 A TPN MCCB 25 KA as outgoing 1 Nos. for supply to next Feeder Pillar FB-2,

i) B32 A TPN MCB 10 KA as outgoing 1 Nos 5Pin Socket assy with Plug top

j) ON, OFF indicating lamps: 1 No.

2.0 ) External Feeder Pillar /Lighting panel FP-2. Note same as item 1.4.1

c) Busbar: Equally sized three phase and neutral copper bus bars suitably sized to carry 100A current with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves.

d) Outgoing:

i) 18 nos B16A SP MCB

ii) Provision for double earthing.

iii) Panel complete as above

iv) ON, OFF indicating lamps: 1 No.

v) ON, OFF Push Buttons: 1 No.

vi) chronological timer-daily & Light Sensor 1Nos. each

1.5) (EARTHING AND LOOP EARTHING SYSTEM)

5.1) Supply and installation of plate type earth electrode with 600 mm X 600 mm X 6.3 mm thick G.I. Plate buried at a depth not less than 2.5 m from the surface of the ground, 1.5" dia" C-Class G I water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, hinged cast iron cover with frame, test link necessary civil work, charcoal, salt, bolts, nuts, washer, etc. including excavation in soft soil refilling of earth etc. and necessary masonry work in manner and in accordance with IS: 3043.

5.2) To ground the street lighting pole with 1 nos. x 38 mm dia, 2000 mm long "B" class GI pipe and two Nos. 8 SWG solid GI earth wire with bolt in an approved manner (cost of GI wire taken elsewhere) complete with charcoal and salt and all other materials and accessories including brick masonry work chamber with steel hinged cover, test links and watering funnel as per IS 3043.

5.3) To ground the street lighting pole with 1 nos. x 38 mm dia, 2000 mm long "B" class GI pipe and two Nos. 8 SWG solid GI earth wire with bolt in an approved manner (cost of GI wire taken else where) complete with charcoal and salt and all other materials and accessories including brick masonry work chamber with steel hinged cover, test links and watering funnel as per IS 3043.

5.4) Earth Strip

Supply & Installation of the following hot dip earth strips for loop earthing of switchboard panels, interconnections between earth electrodes, capacitors and earth connections to each electrical equipment run on cable trays, across trenches, within ground along with cable in an approved manner. The work shall include necessary connections, welding, jointing, laying in ground at a depth not less than 600 mm from final found level, including excavation and backfilling in the soil, or to be fixed on the cable tray or on wall or in cable trench etc. with proper GI clamps, saddles, GI spacers, hardware and jumpering materials.

Supplying the following lighting fixtures complete with all required lamps, ballasts control gear and fixing accessories including assembling, erecting, testing and commissioning with all required civil works (including PCC foundations wherever required as per relevant standards and as per instructions) with suitable precautions for ensuring prevention of water ingress and proper water proof-termination of cables and wires completed in a neat and satisfactory manner.
