15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding, the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing corrugated GS sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paints on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 sqm.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain GS sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing and fixing wind ties of 40x6 mm flat iron section.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, window, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lungs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) Sal wood.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame dae of UPVC extruded sections having and overall dimension as below (tolerance +) with wall thickness 2.0 mm (+ 0.2mm) corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitered and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized MS tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1 mm (+ 0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacture’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Extruded section profile size 48 x 40 mm.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick floats glass panes, including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screw 35mm thick.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+ 0.2mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitered and joint at the corners by means of MS galvanized/plastic brackets of sixe 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting falvanised MS tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (+ 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rails made up of H section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (+ 0.2mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanized MS. U cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+ 0.1mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanized MS rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For WC and bathroom door shutter).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near groun level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stones aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Drain.
