Remarks:-"(i) Detailed Architectural Drawings/Structural Drawings as per local site conditions duly vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College shall be got prepared by the Contractor before start of execution of any work at the site. Drawings shall be got approved by the Estate Officer before execution of any work. Revised BOQ quantity calculation sheet of complete Material Quantities as per the drawing shall be calculated by the Contractor and got approved from the Estate Officer before commencement of any work at site. Incase of any deviation beyond the Contract Amount, same shall be got approved from the Accepting Officer. (ii) No payment shall be admissible to the contractor on account of preparation of Drawing/BOQ etc and same shall be deemed to be included in the overall cost of the tender. (iii) No extra time period for any delay in submission of drawings/BOQ shall be admissible to the contractor" (iv) After demolition of damaged/dipalidated boundary wall bricks or any other re-usable material recovered from scrap should be deposited in building store of GC, CRPF, Imphal.
