Refrigerated Table Top Centrifuge :

Temp. range –9 to + 400 C, Short spin key , fast cool option & stand by cooling , facility to put “at set rpm” function, 10 acceleration & 10 breaking ramps, ability to spin 15 ml and 50 ml falcon tubes and U-shaped bottom tubes at 11000 rpm and 18000g with fixed angle rotor, adaptor should be available for volumes from 1.5 ml to 85 ml in the fixed angle rotor (Such as 2ml, 7ml, 15 ml , 18ml,20ml, 30ml,50ml), the fixed angle and swing out rotor should accommodate both round bottom tubes as well as falcon tubes, the Swing out rotor should accommodate 1.5/2ml, 15 ml falcon & 50mL falcon and upto 4x100 mL tubes for high volume centrifugation, rotors must be metallic and autoclavable, adaptors should be available from 1.5 ml tubes to 100 ml bottles in the swing out rotor, Provision for 8 MTP Plate Bucket in swing out rotor should have built in condensation drain. Deep freezer :

.-20oC; 4 Cuft; Double walled with inner chamber made of S.S. and outer of thick PCRC sheet duly enamel painted. Temperature range from ambient to -200C is achieved by hermetically sealed compressor. Body is mounted on a sturdy angles iron frame and is mounted on castor wheels. Unit is fitted with solid state Digital Temperature indicator-cum-controller. Supplied with three stainless steel storing shelves.

Water bath (Digital) :

Double walled chamber made of stainless steel & outer wall made of thick steel finished epoxy based powder coated paint. The double walled chambers is provided with a drain plug to facilitate easy emptying & Cleaning of the inner chamber when required S.S. Lid & perforated removable diffuser are also provided with double walled chamber. This chamber house and ISI mark 1500 watts heating device, which is controlled by capillary type thermostat from ambient to 1000C within ±oC, Size 30x25x17 cm.

Autoclave (Horizontal)

Cap: 50 lt, Size: 355mmX55mm Sturdy double wall construction with boiler made of stainless steel 16 guage sheet. Outer shall made of stainless steel sheet/Mild steel. Boiler and outer shell provided with air insulation. Lid made of Stainless steel Sheet and tightened around by radial locking. Joint less gaskets made of Neoprene rubber. Sterilizers fitted with water level arrangement to indicate water position inside the boiler. Pressure gauge,Air/steam release cock two safety valve are also provided. The autoclave is fitted with indfoss pizzostat and can be set between 10 to 20 PSI. Immersion type heating element heats the water and steam to desired temperature and pressure are attained. Cut off automatically when the autoclave is dry. Supplied with S.S. basket, cord and plug to work on 220 Volts 50 cycles A.C. supply.

Compound binocular microscope :

Stage size 135x 120mm, low co-axial controls for easy slide manipulation on both axes, with graduation and verniers, range of movement 75x 50 mm. The condenser unit having rack and pinion movement with Abbe condenser N.A. 1.25. Iris-diaphragm and filter holder. The electronic built in base illumination system is fitted with a halogen lamp of 6v 20w. Average life of the bulb is 2000 hrs.
